I would say “another long day” but the last time I checked; they all have 86,400 seconds in them. Slept well last night and got up at 9. Jean Claude was supposed to be here at 10 and arrived sharply at 10:25! About on schedule for him. He has, I think, some Northington blood in him. That is an inside joke that only a few will get. At any rate; we went down to their version of Office Depot to get supplies for the seminar. They are all neatly packed in my room and I am confident we have enough for both the French and English seminars. While I am thinking about it; our North brethren from the farthest region left this morning at 4:30 am and are still on the road. They should arrive tomorrow around 5pm. I have made that journey and it is really long when you are the one doing it! We went to our favorite Hamburger place for lunch and it was quite nice. The picture on the left below shows that today was heavy traffic; even for Douala. Sunday is an election of mayors, senators and legislators. The politicians are having rallies that have completely taken over. Jean Claude said in reference to one road; they have locked the road which means: it has been blocked off. This afternoon I spent most of my time on the computer. Tonight, we went to a nice restaurant with Jean Claude & Mary (pictured below) and Louis and Linda. Had a great time. Got back and immediately began doing normal stuff such as taking pills, eye drops, etc. I did speak with Linda this morning and she was still feeling bad. She is at the doctor as I write so I will call her in an hour or so. Not much else to say today. Thanks for your continued prayers and especially your concern for Linda. Please call her if at all possible and visit her if that could become a reality.
